Field’s End Roundtable

Field’s End is a regional writers’ organization founded by David Guterson and Nichole Vick in partnership with the Bainbridge Public Library and Eagle Harbor Books. They provide a wide range of services for writers, including workshops, classes, an annual writing conference and monthly roundtable discussions with authors. It’s an awesome organization.

So…I was honored to be invited to give a talk at the January Writers’ Roundtable. Although I feel seriously underqualified to tell anyone anything about the writing process, I’m going to give it my best shot and hope for a lively discussion. The subject will be “finding stories in everyday life” using examples from Closer to the Ground.

If you live nearby or happen to be in the area, and have any interest, it would be great to have you there. I think we’ll have a good time. The event starts at 7:00pm on Tuesday, January 15th, at the Bainbridge Public Library.
