Just a little heads up for some regional appearances in the near future:
Thursday, April 4th, I will be on the Fox SportsNet show “Outdoor GPS” for an interview about Closer to the Ground. If you haven’t seen this program, it’s a great regional outdoor program shot live in Portland. But I think it’s available on most cable providers throughout the Northwest.
Saturday, April 6th, I will be at the Poulsbo Library at 2:00pm, and on Monday, April 8th at the Silverdale Library, 6:00pm, to talk about and read from Closer to the Ground. Since the book takes place here, I really want to reach out to our fellow Kitsap County locals. If you have time, please come by and join in the discussion.
That’s it for now, but we’ll be at most of the Kitsap Regional Libraries at some point in April. I have the full schedule posted on the website at http://www.dylantomine.com, and will try to post reminders here as we go.
Thanks, and I look forward to meeting you in person at the upcoming events. Hope you are all well.
We pause now, for a brief commercial break: I’m stoked to announce a series of events with the Kitsap Regional Library system this spring. If you live nearby or happen to be in the area, come on out. It will be great to meet you in person. The library events will be readings and talks, with hopefully some good question/answer and discussion afterward. We’ll also have books for sale and of course, I’m more than happy to inscribe and sign. Details:
Poulsbo, WA Library: Saturday, April 6th, 2:00pm
Silverdale, WA Library: Monday, April 8th, 6:00pm
Downtown Bremerton, WA Library: Monday, April 15th, 6:00pm

If you want more information about the book or to check the “official” event schedule, please visit my website HERE. (If you got here from the website, well then, you already know where it is.)
Also, while we’re taking care of book biz, some kind words from the Washington State Parks System HERE. We will now return you to regularly scheduled programming. Thanks!
